Amy was born and raised in Great Falls. After serving in the US Army and returning back to Montana, she recognized the importance of equal rights and for a strong gay community. Amy joined the Montana Pride Network in 2007, acting as the organization's first official Treasurer. She has recently been elected as the MPN's president and continues her efforts to bring social acceptance, knowledge, support, and understanding for the Montana LGBTI community. |

Eric is born and raised in Billings. He enjoys spending time with his friends, watching movies, playing with his dogs, and working with anything related to technology. After coming out at age 23, Eric quickly took an active role in the Billings gay community by becoming the co-president of the Lamba Alliance at MSU-B and a board member of the Yellowstone AIDS Project. After his terms expired, he took a few years off from community work but quickly jumped back into social activism when the annual pride celebration came to Billings. This role lead to his being elected to the board of the Montana Pride Network. Eric's hopes for his term with the Montana Pride Network include working on bringing the many communities and organizations of Montana together. |

Sandy was born in Great Falls and raised in Missoula. Sandy and her partner Jacquie returned to Montana in 1997 and settled in Helena so that she could run the family business. She soon became involved with the Pride Celebration and was one of the founders of the Montana Pride Network. She was the Celebration liaison to the MPN board until 2007 when she became a board member. Sandy’s vision is to have the LGBTI and Two Spirit communities of Montana working together to share ideas, resources and dreams. She is a community connector and networker to the core of her being and can’t help herself from organizing things. |

Jeff V. was born and raised in Missoula, MT. The first time he heard the word 'faggot' was in the fifth grade. Jeff experienced severe anti-gay harassment in middle school and high school but found solace in the National Coalition Building Institute. He has been leading workshops with N.C.B.I. for over three years hoping to bring an end to discrimination in Missoula. He was President of Hellgate High School's Gay Straight Alliance for two years and now co-facilitates Respect Clubs in two Missoula middle schools. Jeff currently attends the University of Montana where he is majoring in Theatre Arts. His niece and nephew have given him hope for the future of the state he was born in. He is elated to have been invited onto the board and cannot wait to continue the fight against homophobia in Montana. |

A late-comer to GBLT activism, Kyndra was born in Bozeman and raised in nearby Whitehall. Since college, she has lived and worked in the Gallatin Valley for nearly 20 years. She currently resides in Belgrade and is a proud parent of two beautiful children. Kyndra is very excited to for the opportunity to contribute to Pride after having felt so welcomed early in her transition only a short year ago at Billings Pride. She was also recently privileged to work as co-organizer for Montana's first Transgender Day of Remembrance observation held last November in Billings. |

Mija is a member of the LGBTIQ/Two-Spirit community & has been active in the Missoula community & across Montana working in HIV/AIDS prevention & Sexual health education for 7 years. Mija is an advocate for Social Justice, Queer youth, Injection Drug users, & Safer Sexual enhancement. Mija wakes up everyday aspiring to teach respect, honesty, & harm reduction to every individual she meets. |

Dee was born in Nampa, ID. and raised as an army brat. For eight years she was involved with the Imperial Gem Court of ID. and then moved to MT. Since Dee has been in MT she has been involved with the Flathead Valley Alliancefor for about 19 years. About 4 years ago Dee got involved with the MPN board and at present is acting as the organizer for the 2009 Montana Pride Celebration in Kalispell.

Born in WA D.C. some time in the middle of the last century, Bobbie grew up in Columbus, OH in the 60's and 70's. Bobbie moved to Eastern Montana in 1980 to work on the Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservation as a Jesuit Volunteer. Bobbie stayed for nine years, got married, had two children, and moved to Missoula to go to law school. Bobbie graduated from UM School of Law in '92, and worked in private practice and as a part time prosecutor for four years. Bobbie served as the Madsion County Attorney for ten years before moving to Helena in 2006 to transition. Bobbie just started a new job with Disability Rights Montana. Thus, Bobbie seeks justice in a very practical sense in work and life. Love and tolerance must be our code in the tradition of Jesus, Ghandi and Dr. King. |
